Hello, my name is Jessica Boettner.  I am the founder and principal consultant at True North Management Solutions.  I started my career in the education sector and now provide business consultation across multiple industries for small to mid-sized companies.  While I'm no longer in the classroom, I do find a great deal of fulfillment in the ability to offer support to the businesses I assist and this has allowed me to continue my passion for serving others.  Not only have I first hand experienced the struggles of operating a small business myself but I've also been in leadership roles in organizations that had it figured out, as well as those who let me help them figure it out.  I've worked for both small, family owned operations as well as larger Fortune 500 companies within both the for profit and not for profit sector.  I reside on the local Small Business Administration Advisory Board, American Legion Auxiliary Post 1014, and am passionate about volunteering my time to support community centric organizations.  I live in northern Illinois with my husband, two children and four pets.  My hobbies include: plant-based cooking and all things outdoors.
